What we never ask for
- Government or national identity numbers

- Precise GPS or device location
- Anything not used by the matching engine
How your information is handled
Location is deliberately coarse
We resolve the city and country you type into approximate coordinates, and store only those. We never request device location, and distance is calculated from that coarse point.
Your information is not shared with other users
Profiles, answers and match results are scoped to your account by authorisation policies. Administrators can manage accounts but are not granted access to patient medical information.
Protection in transit and at rest
All production traffic runs over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Database-level encryption protects data at rest, and API keys live only in environment configuration, never in source control.
Audit logging without medical detail
We log that a profile was updated, that a trial was saved, or that an administrator changed a role. We do not log what the profile now says.
What the AI provider receives
If a language model is configured, it receives a structured evidence bundle: your evaluated criteria, the relevant public trial record, and the profile facts needed to explain a result. It receives no identifiers, no email address and no account details. With no provider configured, nothing leaves the server at all.
Export and deletion
You can download everything held about you as JSON at any time, and delete your account permanently. Deletion removes your profile, questionnaire answers, saved items, match history and assistant conversations.
Please keep in mind: This platform provides information about clinical trials and estimates potential eligibility based on the information you provide. A match does not mean that you qualify for a clinical trial. Final eligibility is determined by the study team. This service does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice.
